Washington Football Team is getting a physically ideal corner in a world of large NFL wide receivers. St-Juste has a 6’3” frame, good speed and excellent cover skills. After transferring to the Gophers from Michigan, St-Juste found his way into the starting lineup in 2019 and locked the position down and became the Gopher’s best cover corner.
In the NFL, expect to see St-Juste excel as a tackling corner who is physical with NFL receivers. What he lacked in gaudy statistics in college he made up for by making sure his receiver just wasn’t open enough to have the ball thrown his way.
He won’t really even need to change uniform colors much.
St. Juste was slated to go somewhere in the third or fourth round and WFT decided that pick 74 was the spot! Congrats to Benjamin!
