Minnesota’s Aireonate Ersery drafted by Houston Texans in 2nd Rnd of NFL Draft

The Gophers fixture at RT is headed to Houston

Congrats to Ersery for getting his named called on the 2nd day of the draft. The Gopher tackle will be playing on Sundays for the Houston Texans

After earning himself the Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year award, Ersery was projected to go anywhere from the late 1st round to potentially falling into the 3rd. But the Texans took him with the 48th overall pick and he will now compete for starting spot along their O-line.
