Tielsch has ideal size and reach, giving him the physical tools for pass protection and run blocking at the next level. He has a huge frame at 6’7” and already carries significant mass for his age, weighing in at 300 lbs. As Tielsch continues to fill out his frame, he will need to refine his technique and adjust to the speed and complexity of college defenses. But make no mistake, Minnesota has found themselves a “people mover” in Tielsch.
