Well the Jags just keep going over their team totals, so might as well let it rip here in a meaningless game for the defense they’re facing. Jacksonville is now 12-3 over their team total on the season, and have really figured out the offense since the bye, averaging 33.0 points per game in those 8 weeks. That includes 36 against the Colts in Week 14, who they’ve dominated in recent years and look to again with lots of playoff implications on the line. Indy is out of the playoffs so effort should be minimal, and there’s the potential for defensive score with Philip Rivers at the helm, so look for the Jags to clear this again.

This is the ultimate nobody-wants-it bowl, unless you’re talking about the number one pick for April. Then both teams really want it, but that means you’re not allowed to score. Honestly, if any player accidentally finds the end zone in this game, they’re likely to get a talking to by the front office tomorrow. It’s not like these offenses are any good either, especially the Raiders who sit 32nd in EPA/play and 30th in success rate. This should be nothing but running and burning clock, and I’d be interested in alt unders for what might be a 6-3 kind of game.
