Let’s see if there are any changes here
Thursday’s here, and that means it’s time for the second injury reports of the week from around the NFL. Both the Minnesota Vikings and the Las Vegas Raiders have made their reports available, so let’s take a look and see if there are any changes.
Minnesota Vikings

No players listed
Limited Participation
- G Ed Ingram (hip, new addition to injury report)
Full Participation
- CB Akayleb Evans (calf)
- S Theo Jackson (illness, upgrade from DNP on Wednesday)
- WR Justin Jefferson (hamstring)
- RB Kene Nwangwu (concussion, upgrade from LP on Wednesday)
- CB Najee Thompson (knee, upgrade from LP on Wednesday)
- DT Khyiris Tonga (knee)
The news is mostly positive for the Vikings. On the downside, starting guard Ed Ingram has been added to the injury report with a hip issue that limited him on Thursday. Blake Brandel is listed as Ingram’s backup at that spot if he’s unable to go on Sunday for whatever reason.
However, everyone else was a full participant in Thursday’s session for the Vikings, as Jackson returned from his illness and Nwangwu and Thompson were upgraded from their Wednesday status as well. Pretty good for the Vikings, overall.
Las Vegas Raiders
Did Not Participate
- K Daniel Carlson (illness, new addition to injury report)
- DE Maxx Crosby (knee)
- OT Kolton Miller (shoulder)
Limited Participation
- DB Brandon Facyson (shin)
- DE Malcolm Koonce (knee, new addition to injury report)
- LB Kana’l Mauga (knee)

The news is less positive for the home team, as none of their players were upgraded from their status on Wednesday, and they put two new names on the report. One of those names is pretty significant in kicker Daniel Carlson. Carlson, the former Viking, has been one of the league’s better kickers since he parted ways with the Vikings (because of course he has been), and I’m not sure what the Raiders plan to do in the event that he can’t go. I know it’s the kicker position but you’d have to think anyone that the Raiders might have to replace Carlson with would be a significant downgrade.
Maxx Crosby and Kolton Miller continue to sit out of practice as well. Either of them being sidelined for Sunday would be a significant loss for the Raiders.
Those are the interim injury reports for the Vikings and the Raiders, ladies and gentlemen. Final reports come out tomorrow afternoon and we’ll have them right here for you.
