Three Keys
1) Blitz the heck out of Will Levis – Levis has struggled a lot this season, whether he’s been healthy or not, and those struggles get even worse when he’s blitzed. We know how much Brian Flores likes to blitz, so it’s up to the defense to get home and make things more miserable for Levis than a coffee cup full of mayonnaise.
2) Take what the defense gives you – Sam Darnold has six turnovers in the last two games, including five interceptions. He seems to be locking on to some of his receivers more than he did early on in the season, and he can’t afford to keep doing that as we come down the stretch. Kevin O’Connell and company need to calm him down and get him back to what was working early on.
3) Win on special teams – The Titans might have the worst special teams units in the NFL, and in games like this those units can be key. The Vikings have had their issues on special teams at times this season, and they can’t afford to have those issues rear their heads to give this Titans team additional opportunities. Play solid on special teams and you should be most of the way to a win in this one.
