Yes, I know I already did this post once, but yours truly forgot that our first-round pick was going to be the subject of our latest SB Nation Reacts survey. So, I’m doing it over!
The Vikings have continued to address the interior of the offensive line with the selection of Ohio State University star Donovan Jackson with the 24th pick of the 2025 NFL Draft. Jackson made the majority of his starts for the Buckeyes at left guard, but shifted over to left tackle for the team’s run through the College Football Playoff and, ultimately, their National Championship Game victory.
Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and company have made a very concerted effort to upgrade the interior of the offensive line this offseason, as Jackson will now join newly-acquired Ryan Kelly and Will Fries on the interior to protect J.J. McCarthy as he takes control of the offense.
