Vikings Fans Like the Direction of the Team

And so they probably should

It’s time to take a look at the results of our SB Nation Reacts poll for this week, and this will be a short one since we only had one question to ask you about our Minnesota Vikings for this week.

That question was, of course, whether or not you think the Vikings are going in the right direction. The overwhelming majority of people feel that they are, but it’s still a slightly lower number than we’ve seen in recent weeks.

This week, 95% of those who responded to our poll said that they believe the Vikings are, in fact, moving in the right direction. The number has been sitting at 97% for a couple of weeks, so the drop is very slight, but it’s still there. I guess that game against Seattle was a little bit closer than everybody might have liked. Still, the Vikings are absolutely rolling at this point as their biggest game of the season approaches on Sunday.

Speaking of that game, we also have a look at where the money on that one is going, thanks to our friends at FanDuel. The line for this one has fluctuated a lot over the course of this week, but the Vikings are now the favorite again, and it appears that there’s some agreement there from those who are putting their money down on it.

Right around two-thirds of the people who are betting on this one are leaning towards the Vikings to cover a pretty small spread. That’s fine by me, because if they cover a spread that small, it means that they’ve won their ninth in a row and will be heading into Detroit for a chance to win the NFC North and lock up the top spot in the conference. Here’s hoping the betting crowd is correct on this one.

As always, thanks in advance to everyone who took the time to answer our question this week. We’ll have our final regular season Reacts survey for you early in the week so you can sound off on another Vikings-related topic.
