We’re rollin’ on through the week, preseason games are upon us, and occasional tidbits come from training camps around the NFL. Now, this one didn’t surprise me one bit, but most of you haters will be shocked to learn that none other than Laquon Treadwell (who can’t EVER be an NFL wide receiver because his cone drill divided by his hand size times his shuttle cone time minus his bench press reps do not equal the square root of a number in the 80s) has been lighting it up in Jaguars training camp. Ohhhhhhhh, I will be giddy if he starts putting up some numbers. Don’t worry. If he does, you WILL hear about it here…….continually. Go get ‘em!

From Chris, the Vikings released their first unofficial depth chart of 2021. Ooooohhhhh, I can’t wait to see who the starting kicker is.
Other Vikings/NFL news and random oddities and annoyances:
Over at NFL.com, Bills QB Mitchell Trubisky: it’s nice to ‘be somewhere where people want you’. Well, nobody expects him to have to play, either. This one bugs me. NFL officials are to strictly enforce taunting violations in 2021. These “points of emphasis” need to be done away with. It’s just another stupid way that the officials are going to affect the outcome of games for absolutely no reason. It’s going to be a friggin mess, mark my words.
CBS Sports details some adjustments to the rules made due to the Covid………..mess.
Again, we all know the rules, but in case someone is new:
-No discussion of politics or religion
-No feeding of the trolls
-Leave the gender hatred at the door
-Keep the bad language to a minimum (using the spoiler tags, if you must)
-Speaking of which, if discussing a newer show or movie, please use spoiler tags
-No pictures that could get someone fired or in serious trouble with their employer
-If you can’t disagree in a civil manner, feel free to go away
-While navigating the open thread, just assume it’s sarcasm
